Seven Summits in Tänndalen
Climbing the highest peak on the world's seven continents is one of the greatest challenges for mountaineers and is often referred to as The Seven Summits. Now you too can climb the Seven Summits, but on a slightly smaller scale!
In the terrain above the Tänndalen ski area there are several exciting peaks where we have placed the summit piles with the names of the peaks that are part of the Seven Summits. Put on good shoes, pack your backpack with a lunch bag and go on a summit hunt! When you have collected all seven summits, you can collect a nice medal at the reception.
Starting places
You can start the top hunt in two places: either take the car up to the mountain parking lot at Svansjön or start by taking the Hamra Komfort and starting from the top station of the lift. Map and route description can be picked up at Ski Lodge Tänndalen. 95 SEK/map.
