Welcome to a unique experience in the Swedish mountains – Yoga evening on Kalfjäll.

In connection with the atmospheric Music Night on Kalfjäll, and the day before the concert with Livets Lirare (Moonica Mac, Arvid Nero and Johan Airijoki), we invite you to an evening filled with presence, movement and miles of views.

Friday, July 11, inspiring yoga teachers from Sweden and Norway will each hold a yoga session with a focus on both flowing movement and stillness. 50 min Hathaflow. 50 min Yinyoga. 20 min meditation. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, you are warmly welcome to participate.

Bring your own yoga mat or sleeping pad, and clothes for the weather - we do yoga outdoors!

Location: Kalfjället in Tänndalen.

The price includes a ride up the chairlift, a delicious smoothie or tea and an unforgettable moment in the mountains!

Price: 250 SEK/person.

50 minutes Yin Yoga.

20 minutes of meditation.
