Tänndalen's oldest and coziest restaurant!

Forbonden is now closed. Thank you to all our lovely guests for this season, welcome back winter 25/26.

Forbonden is the oldest and perhaps the coziest restaurant in the area, with 150 seats. Here you can have coffee, lunch or just drink something hot or cold in front of the fire or sit for a while in the spring sun on our large sun terrace. From our waffle mill you can enjoy a classic waffle with jam and cream or a heartier waffle with smoked char or reindeer. Maybe you'll try our Bärra waffle or our new Snow waffle? In our café counter you'll find freshly baked buns and pastries from our own bakery. From our bakery we deliver bread and pastries to Buskvallens Café and Lodgen Tänndalen. Subject to availability, we sell rolls, baguettes and sourdough bread directly from the bakery at Forbonden. Come in and see what we have!
