The responsible rental company/organizer is Tänndalens Fjällanläggning AB.

In connection with the selection of a payment method, the booking becomes binding and the guest accepts Tänndalens Fjällanläggning's terms and conditions. It is the guest's responsibility to check that all information provided at the time of booking is correct, including arrival and departure dates.

From 1/9 2020 we will charge a booking fee of 250:- SEK when you book by phone. If you book online via tanndalen.com you will avoid the booking fee and always find the lowest price.

If the guest has not confirmed the payment when booking, it is considered a cancellation on the guest's part.

You can purchase cancellation and rebooking insurance at the time of booking for 425 SEK/cottage/apartment to protect yourself against unforeseen events, and the following applies:

Cancellation and rebooking insurance is purchased as a separate insurance policy, and is never refunded.

The above rules apply to cancellations in the following cases:

- Death, illness or accident of a serious nature that has affected you, your spouse, partner, family or fellow travelers.

- Call-up to the military or civil defense.

- Serious event beyond your control and which could not have been foreseen at the time of booking

- You must be able to prove your disability with a certificate from, for example, a doctor, authority or insurance company. The certificate must be received by us no later than one week after the cancellation date.

- When booking packages with pre-selected combinations at a specified price, you cannot cancel an individual product included in the package. The same rules apply to cancellations of individual people in the package as for cancellations of accommodation.

To protect yourself if something unexpected happens, you can purchase our cancellation protection at the time of booking. It costs 425 SEK per rental property and means that you can cancel up to the day of arrival. The cancellation protection fee is not refundable in the event of cancellation. Cancellation protection applies in the following cases, which must not have been known when you booked:

Cancellation and rebooking insurance is purchased as a separate insurance policy, and is never refunded.

- Death, illness or accident of a serious nature that has affected you, your spouse, partner, family or fellow travelers.

- Call-up to the military or civil defense.

- Any other serious event occurs outside your control, which you could not foresee when you booked and which means that it is not reasonable to ask you to stick to your booking, e.g. extensive fire, flooding in your home, divorce or termination from your job (not notice).

- You must be able to prove your disability with a certificate from, for example, a doctor, authority or insurance company. The certificate must be received by us within 10 days of the cancellation date.

- When booking packages with pre-selected combinations at a specified price, you cannot cancel an individual product included in the package. The same rules apply to cancellations of individual people in the package as for cancellations of accommodation.

You can cancel verbally or in writing to us.

The following rules apply to cancellations with cancellation protection:

For accommodations cancelled 30 days or more before arrival, a full refund applies. We retain the cancellation protection fee of SEK 425 and an administrative fee of SEK 500. Any booking fee is non-refundable.
- For accommodation cancelled 29–0 days before arrival with a valid reason for cancellation, which you can prove with a certificate, we will retain the cancellation protection fee and an administrative fee of SEK 500. Any booking fee is non-refundable.
- If cancelling on the same day of arrival, the cancellation must be made before 12:00.
- For accommodations cancelled 29–0 days before arrival without a valid reason for cancellation, we retain 100% of the cost.
- No refund will be made if you choose to cancel your stay earlier than planned.

Rebooking: When you have purchased our cancellation protection, you have the right to rebook your accommodation up to 30 days before arrival.
Rebooking can be made subject to availability and at the current price list for an administration fee of 500 SEK per accommodation.

The following rules apply to cancellations without cancellation protection:

- For accommodations cancelled 60 days or more before arrival, we retain 25% of the cost. Any booking fee is non-refundable.
- For accommodations cancelled 59–0 days before arrival, we retain 100% of the cost.
- No refund will be made if you choose to cancel your stay earlier than planned.

Ski school : must be paid before the first lesson starts. Ski school can be cancelled up to the day before for a handling fee of 250 SEK. If you have participated in the first lesson of a group ski school and want to cancel the other lessons, you will pay for the lesson you have participated in. In case of illness on the first day, we will charge a handling fee of 250 SEK to cancel all days.

Private lessons/personal trainers and guided tours can be cancelled up to the day before the lesson starts for a handling fee of SEK 250. If cancellation is made later than 24 hours before the lesson starts, we retain 100% of the lesson cost.

Other products such as ski rental, canoe rental, activities (winter/summer) , bed linen, cot/chair and can be cancelled up to the day before arrival and refunded in full.

If we do not provide the rental property in the promised condition or at the right time, and are unable to offer you another equivalent alternative, you have the right to terminate the agreement and receive compensation with a deduction for what you have already used. Instead of terminating the agreement, you can request that the rent be reduced.

If you have any complaints, you should report them to us as soon as possible, no later than 11:00 a.m. the day after arrival. Any faults that occur during your stay should be reported immediately, so that we have a chance to rectify them.

You have the right to put someone else in your place and we must accept that person unless we have special reasons to refuse. In that case, you must notify us before the arrival date and we will then charge a rebooking fee of 500 SEK.

To book/enter into an agreement with us regarding accommodation, the guest must be 18 years old. Everyone in the party must be 18 years old to stay in the accommodation. The age limit does NOT apply to children accompanied by a guardian.

You must take good care of the rental property and follow the rules, instructions and regulations that apply. Between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., you must be considerate and quiet towards other guests.

You are responsible for any damage that may occur to the rental property and its furnishings due to your or someone in your party being negligent. In the event of damage, we have the right to charge you a fee corresponding to the damage, but at least 3,000 SEK. You are obliged to comply with the regulations regarding the smoking and pet ban for your rental property as stated in your confirmation. Violation of the regulations regarding the smoking and pet ban will result in a clean-up cost of 3,000 SEK.

You may not use the rental property for anything other than what was agreed upon when booking (usually leisure purposes) and you may not let more people stay overnight in the rental property than you stated when booking.

Departure cleaning is included in all accommodations.
You are responsible for washing dishes, emptying the fridge and freezer, throwing away garbage and empty glasses, etc.

You must return all keys to the rental property upon departure. If you forget or lose the key or tag to the accommodation, you will be charged 1500:-

You may only charge electric vehicles at designated charging points, due to the risk of fire. We have the right to disconnect your charging cable if it is used to charge electric vehicles at a location other than a designated charging point.

The agreement will terminate with immediate effect if:

– you or someone in your party behaves in a disruptive manner at the facility

– you or someone in your party commits damage to the rental property/facility.

– the accommodation is used for purposes other than those intended.

If the agreement is terminated due to the above-mentioned case, you and your party must immediately move out of the facility and you are not entitled to any refund of the rental amount.

- You are responsible for washing dishes, emptying the fridge and freezer, throwing away garbage and empty glasses, etc. Fee of 2000 SEK

If the agreement is terminated due to the above-mentioned case, you and your party must immediately move out of the facility and you are not entitled to any refund of the rental amount.

Please contact us directly with any complaints. Please note that your chances of getting a remedy may be reduced if you delay in complaining. If you have a claim for compensation, this must be submitted in writing. If we cannot reach an agreement, you can contact the Swedish National Board of Complaints. It consists of an impartial chairman and representatives of tour operators and consumers.

When booking accommodation packages with pre-selected combinations and a specified price (package offer), the guest cannot cancel individual products in the package. The same rules apply to cancellations of individual people in the package as for cancellations of accommodation.

The parties have the right to withdraw from the agreement if the rental object cannot be provided due to acts of war, natural disasters, labor disputes, prolonged interruptions in water and energy supply, fire or other major events that neither you nor we could have foreseen or influenced. In such a case, we are obliged to refund what you have paid as soon as possible, with a deduction for the benefit you have had from the rental object.

The General Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR, is the name of the regulation that will come into force for all EU member states on May 25, 2018. In Sweden, this regulation is called the Data Protection Act. The purpose of the regulation is to protect individuals in the processing and storage of their personal data.

We process your personal data because it is necessary to manage your agreement with us regarding, for example: accommodation, events or other services. We never sell your personal data to any other party. Read more here!

All our accommodations are equipped with basic cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils. A microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker are available in all apartments.

Otherwise, a Starter Kit is included:

Ski Lodge Standard and Premium - 3 Toilet Rolls, 7 Dishwasher Tablets, Hand Dishwashing Liquid, Dish Brush, Dish Cloth, Tea Towel.

Ski Lodge Premium - also includes made beds/towels and shampoo, shower cream and hand soap.

Other accommodations - 2 Dishwasher tablets, Hand dishwashing liquid, Dish cloth, Dish brush, Cleaning agent.

Guest toiletries - You bring your own shampoo, shower gel and hand soap.

To make your holiday as comfortable as possible and to avoid packing too much, we offer you to rent a linen set. The linen set package includes a bath towel, hand towel, pillowcase, duvet cover and flat sheet. Price: 240 SEK/set

A pet supplement is added when booking in accommodation that allows pets, price stated upon booking.

If the accommodation requires extra cleaning due to a lot of dog hair or heavy soiling, an additional cleaning fee may be charged on site or afterwards (750 SEK per hour of cleaning)

Due to events beyond our control as a landlord, we have the right to relocate a tenant to an equivalent rental property. Where possible, we shall notify the guest/client of such changes prior to occupancy and in any case as soon as possible. Such changes do not entitle the guest to fully or partially waive the agreed fees.

The accommodation price does not include bed linen, towels, cot/high chair unless otherwise stated on the confirmation.

We reserve the right to changes in laws, price changes and printing errors that are beyond our control.

By purchasing a lift pass from Tänndalen, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions. The terms and conditions apply unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase.

Cancellation of pre-booked lift passes: Pre-booked lift passes that have been purchased at the regular price can be cancelled without giving a reason up to and including the day before the lift pass's first day of validity.

If the cancellation is approved, the amount paid by the customer for the lift pass will be refunded, less any applicable administration fee.

Cancellations that occur from the first day of validity of the lift pass do not entitle you to a refund, unless otherwise provided for in these terms and conditions or by mandatory law.

Lift passes purchased at Early Bird or pre-sale prices: Lift passes with a validity period of 6–14 days as well as season passes and year-round passes purchased at Early Bird, pre-sale or other discounted pre-sale prices are binding and cannot be cancelled or refunded without a valid reason.

Refunds may be granted, after individual consideration, in the event of illness or injury that prevents the customer from using the lift pass. Tänndalen has the right to request a medical certificate or other reliable documentation that proves the reason.

The assessment of whether a reason cited entitles a refund is made by Tänndalen.

Rebooking: Rebooking a lift pass to another period can, after approval by Tänndalen, take place provided that the lift pass has not been used.

Rebooking is only possible for a period where the corresponding lift pass is available.

If rebooking is required, any price difference may be charged. If the new lift pass has a lower price, the difference will not be refunded, unless otherwise expressly approved by Tänndalen.

An administration fee may be charged when rebooking. Any administration fee and its amount are stated in the information provided at the time of rebooking.

Refund in the event of an accident or injury: If the customer has an accident or suffers an injury during the validity period of the lift pass, SLAO applies the rules in force at any time regarding the repurchase of the unused part of the lift pass.

In order to be able to assess the right to a refund, Tänndalen may request documentation that proves the accident or damage.

Refunds are calculated based on the portion of the lift pass that has not been used and in accordance with the rules that apply according to SLAO.

Request for cancellation or refund: Requests for cancellation, rebooking or refund should be made to Reception@tanndalen.com as specified by Tänndalen and should include the booking number and the information required to identify the purchase.

When requesting a refund due to illness, injury or other special reason, the required documentation must be attached.

Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Restrictions: A lift pass is personal and may only be used by the person to whom the lift pass is issued. A lift pass that has been started or used cannot be transferred to another person, unless otherwise expressly approved by Tänndalen.

In the event of misuse, transfer or other unauthorized use of a lift pass, Tänndalen reserves the right to block the lift pass without refund.
